I have never experienced such impeccable customer service with a flower shop before. I put in the order online on Sunday over a holiday weekend when they were closed on Monday, for flowers to be delivered to a funeral on Tuesday. I was a little concerned about the timing and if they would be able to get the arrangement to the church with this short of notice, since they were not open until the day of the funeral. But as soon as I placed the order I recieved a call from the owner reassuring me she would personally take care of my order first thing Tuesday morning. I really appreciate that she sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered to be sure I was satisfied. It turned out beautifully. The owner also text me with a picture of the sympathy note and updates on the delivery. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone that worries about ordering flowers on line. The communication was great and put my mind at ease. Thank you Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants!

Valentine's day came and went as fast as possible, my girlfriend and I were both sick and unable to celebrate, leaving me in a bind for finding beautiful flowers without going for store leftovers, especially last minute.. and then I found Kathy's. She really did provide second chance plants, saving my Valentine's day and working with me to find the perfect set of roses for my beloved. I will definitely be returning for more flowers, and my girlfriend will be ecstatic about it. She absolutely loved them, and is expecting them in the future now. Thank you Kathy!!!!!

I just wanted a little something to show my girlfriend appreciation for being her. Usually I procrastinate with flowers and stop at the grocery store, but I'm glad I didn't this time. First time customer. Kathy called soon after I placed my order, letting me know there were power issues, and some stock issues on one of the flowers pictured.

Her attentiveness and care from the start with exceptional customer service. She assured me the flowers would be delivered on time, and substitutions were necessary.

The service, and the end result delivered to my wife were all top notch. I look forward to calling on them again!
